At Paire, we want you to feel as comfortable in our apparel as you do in your own skin. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
